Graphic Designer |

Requirements |
| |
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design
• Assist in maintaining corporate identity/brand through graphic design, drafting and 3d modeling
• Design across various mediums including print, interactive, and web
|

Qualifications & Skills |
| |
• Strong organizational skills and multi-task oriented.
• Knowledge of MAC & PC, and some experience with graphical software.
• Must have experience creating: illustrations, brochures, technical catalogs, drawings, specifications, presentations, etc.
• Must be expert using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver HTML, CAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
• 3D modeling and some CAD experience is a plus.
• Able to successfully manage all aspects of a project from start to finish |

You will help provide customer service and technical support to end users and resellers for our innovative display systems. Develop and perform inside sales activities to domestic resellers and installers for these products. This is a unique opportunity to combine your creativity, your communicational and organizational skills. We'll provide initial and ongoing training with an emphasis on product knowledge and selling skills. |

Skills desired include excellent problem solving and customer service skills, self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, unstructured environment with little supervision. Own all technical aspects of account management and customer support. These include identifying and technically qualifying new business opportunities, as well as developing strategies with sales team to win new customers and proliferate usage within the existing customer base. Communicate and demonstrate the technical merit of our products. Follow up with customers to ensure successful integration of our products. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide customer support as needed. Development of technical support literature, compatibility lists, application notes, FAQs, sales database administration, etc. |

Manages operations department ensuring that daily activities run smooth and on a timely basis. Maintains professional and ethical relationship with vendors. Performs inventory counts. Provide weekly cycle counts of product Prepare all necessary paperwork for shipments. Verify all shipping pick sheets, invoices, logs and shipping documentation. Receive and maintain materials inventory. Must be able to lift up to 20-25 lbs. |
